As with any work of art, professional photography is copyrighted by United States Federal Law.

The Studio reserves the right to control any reproduction of the photography contracted for, including all prints and duplications. Any rights or usage licensed shall only be in writing and is pending receipt of full payment.

Negatives and/or digital files are maintained in our archives for an undetermined time and remain the property of the Studio.
